1. Overview
This website and online store are operated under the ZPIUO brand by 深圳市寰亚时代进出口有限公司, a company registered in Shenzhen, China ("ZPIUO", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to www.zpiuo.com and your purchase of products from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

2. Eligibility and account information
You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for keeping account credentials secure.

3. Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, sizes, materials, colors, images, prices, and availability accurately. Colors and details may vary depending on your screen and normal production tolerances. All products are subject to availability. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue a product at any time. If a material error affects an accepted order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices for the U.S. store are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown during checkout before you submit the order. PayPal is our current online payment provider. Payment authorization and processing are also subject to PayPal's terms and approval. We do not store your complete PayPal login credentials. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the amount shown at checkout.

5. Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory error, prohibited destination, or inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount collected to the original payment method. We may limit purchases that appear to be placed by resellers or through automated means.

6. Customer cancellations and changes
Contact support@zpiuo.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order or change the delivery address. We can make changes only before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order is handled under our Return and Refund Policy. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation or address-change request will be completed.

7. Shipping
Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms. Standard U.S. shipping is currently $6.99 per order, with normal processing of 1–2 business days and estimated delivery of 3–7 business days after dispatch. We do not currently ship to California, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO and other military addresses. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss transfer only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Returns, refunds, and exchanges
Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Eligible items may be returned within the stated 30-day return period, subject to the policy's conditions. For returns based on preference, fit, or another non-quality reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise. If we confirm that an item was sent incorrectly, damaged in transit, or materially defective, ZPIUO will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

9. Acceptable use
You may not use the website or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes. You may not interfere with website security, introduce malicious code, scrape the website at an unreasonable rate, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use false information to place an order. We may restrict access or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, or third parties.

10. Intellectual property
The ZPIUO name, logos, product images, designs, text, graphics, and other store content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

11. Third-party services and links
The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services such as PayPal, carriers, analytics providers, or links to external websites. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZPIUO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for that product or order. These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, liability for death or personal injury where it cannot be excluded, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits us from limiting.

14. Consumer rights and governing principles
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the merchant's place of establishment, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your place of residence. Before beginning formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact support@zpiuo.com so that we can try to resolve the issue promptly.

15. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. The version published when you place an order applies to that order unless a change is required by law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
