U.S. Shipping Policy

 

Shipping destinations

ZPIUO currently ships to eligible addresses in the United States excluding California Alaska Hawaii U.S. territories and APO/FPO or other military addresses. Orders placed with an excluded destination cannot be completed.

 

Shipping charge

Standard shipping is a flat 6.99 per order. We do not currently offer free shipping.

 

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing on the next business day.

 

Estimated delivery

After dispatch delivery normally takes 3–7 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays severe weather peak-season volume or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

 

Tracking

All orders must use a trackable shipping service. Tracking information will be sent after the carrier accepts the shipment. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.

 

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if the shipping address is incorrect. We can change an address only before the order has been dispatched. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

 

Delayed lost or damaged packages

If tracking does not update for an unusual period a package is marked delivered but cannot be located or the shipment arrives damaged contact support@zpiuo.com with your order number and relevant photos where applicable. We will review the case with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution under our refund policy.
